The Monroe-Woodbury Rotary Club held it annual “Breakfast with Santa” at UNO’s in Woodbury for underprivileged children in the Monroe-Woodbury School District. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, instead of having the event inside, each child was met at the door by Santa and Mrs. Clause. Each child was given a wrapped present and a takeout breakfast for themselves and their families. “Our Rotary Club could not make this event possible without the generous help and support from the manager, staff at UNO’s and other volunteers,” said Past President Jay Wilkins.

Rotary raised over $200 million dollars towards the eradication of polio!  |
For 2012, MW Rotary delivered 120 coats for Operation Warm in conjunction with help from UNO’s and Old Navy!  Over 38 years of Salvation Army bell ringing MW Rotary along with Interact have raised a combined $236,338! A special thank you to UNO Chicago Grill for their continued Participation in Doughraisers and also Breakfast with Santa, which is a huge local success for children and families in need. |

May 20 – Rotary partners with the Village of Monroe and the Orange County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council to host a community drug awareness seminar and Narcan training
